21st APNIC Open Policy Meeting report
APNIC 21 was successfully held in Perth, Australia from 27 February to 3 March 2006, in conjunction with APRICOT 2006. A total of nearly 400 delegates attended APRICOT 2006, including many APNIC members who were able to take advantage of discounted registration fees.
Delegates and speakers also attended from the other Internet organisations, including other RIRs, NIRs, ICANN, and various ISOC Chapters.
The APNIC Annual Member Meeting on 3 March 2006 was also well attended, with 164 delegates representing 32 economies and 52 APNIC member organisations.

At the Policy SIG of the Open Policy Meeting, there was consensus on the proposal "prop-032-v002: 4-byte AS number policy proposal". This proposal was subsequently approved at the APNIC Member Meeting, and is now subject to a "last call" for comments.
