18th APNIC Open Policy Meeting

The 18th APNIC Open Policy Meeting (APNIC 18) was held successfully in Nadi, Fiji, from 31 August - 3 September 2004. The meeting was hosted by Telecom Fiji and Connect Fiji, and was the first time that an APNIC meeting has been held in a Pacific island economy. The meeting attracted 146 attendees, representing 22 APNIC members and 30 economies.

Program
