Carrier Ethernet Operations, Administration and Maintenance Tutorial

This tutorial intends to teach a very critical aspect of the Carrier Ethernet network - OAM. The session shall focus on the OAM concepts in general, various Ethernet OAM protocols for doing fault and performance management, how they interwork, service activation testing, the deployment best practices and a few sample fault management scenarios.
