APNIC is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone attending our events. Please note that all participants are expected to comply with the APNIC Community Code of Conduct, and we are committed to ensuring it is upheld throughout the event.

How to raise a conduct concern

If you experience, witness, or have concerns about behaviour at the conference, you can:

  • Speak with a Trusted Contact
  • Scan the QR code on the back of your conference lanyard to confidentially submit a conduct concern
  • Make a report by emailing conduct [at] apnic.net. Please read the Reporting Guidelines for more information.

Any concern raised will be treated respectfully and confidentially.

How Trusted Contacts can help

Trusted Contacts are available to:

  • Listen to conduct concerns in a confidential and respectful manner
  • Check that you are safe and supported
  • Refer you to the appropriate people for follow-up and assistance

Identifying a Trusted Contact

Trusted Contacts can be identified by their black APNIC lanyard.
