| Lost luggage counter | Located in Baggage Collection area near belt eight. |
| Sim card purchase | More expensive at the airport than alternative outlets however worth it as more accessible, English is spoken, and they sell tourist sim cards, which require less documentation. Stand at Exit B. |
| Passports | If you are travelling to India from overseas, you are legally required to carry your passport at all times. |

| Arrival at airport | Security will verify your passport and ticket before you are able to enter the terminal – important to have a printed or easily accessible copy of the ticket. |
| Immigration | Once you have completed check in and baggage drop, proceed to Immigration – you will need to present your passport, visa, and boarding pass. |
| Security screening | Men to proceed through walk-through scanner. Women to an enclosed space where they are scanned by a female employee. During security screening, all electronic devices including keyboards, cords, screens (not just laptops) must be removed from bags. |
