NRO NC Election

Tomohiro Fujisaki was re-elected for another two-year term to the NRO NC. Thanks to Sanullah Soomro, Tan Ghee Khoon, and Aftab Siddiqui for their willingness to assume the role.

Policy SIG

Chair Election results

Congratulations to Andy Linton for his successful appointment for a two-year term as Policy SIG Chair.

Three policy proposals were discussed. The following proposals reached consensus and will progress to the 8-week comment period:

  • prop-105: Distribution of returned IPv4 address blocks
  • prop-107: AS number transfer policy proposal

The following proposal reached consensus after some modification:

  • prop-108: Suggested changes to the APNIC Policy Development Process

Three informational presentations were also given:

  • Implementation report
  • Proposed Changes to SIG Guidelines for Discussions
  • IPv4 Leasing Discussion

NIR SIG elections

Congratulations to Toshio Tachibana, who was elected to serve as the NIR SIG Chair, and Jessica Shen and Ajay Kumar, who were elected to serve as the NIR SIG Co-Chairs.
