Rajesh Chharia, is an IT industrialist, co-founder and Director of NIXI and a legend of digital India movement with honesty, transparency and moral integrity who has been CEO of his family business of Manufacturing Packaging Materials. His entrepreneurial excitement could be seen with the start of M/s. CJ Online Pvt. Ltd., the only internet service provider on complete digital platform in NCR. He is a graduate from Delhi University with post graduation feather in his cap in commerce stream. With his leadership acumen and vision to make India a digital land he has grown in stature. He has been the co-founder and vice president of ISPAI in 2002 while continuing as the elected president since 2006, showing the excellence of his services towards member companies and addressing all progressive issues & challenges with Govt. with highest degree of devotion & commitment. His contribution as an ISP to educational, medical, call centric businesses and software organisations in the region is phenomenal. His strength in organising international conferences and events has been significant in India as well as . His vision guided journey took him across all the situational issues, challenges and developments in nation building exercises. He is a member of various Govt. Committees focussing Broadband Eco System as well as Cyber Security.

His experience and quality is believe in bottom up approach, collective decision and quality of leadership has shown excellence in Planning, Organising, Trouble shooting, Interfacing Govt. and skills on managing challenges for ISPAI members, Govt bodies and Telecom-users forum. He not only represent Industry to Government for policy issue but he also raise Internet Users Issue also so that friendly policy can be made.

His major ambition is to how CONNECT the UNCONNECTED so that Digital Divide can be bridged and common man should be empowered with Internet Communication.

Rajesh Chharia has an experience of 20 years in Telecommunications and Information technology. His contribution in the field of internet service providing is beyond imagination. He has spent a large span of time taking broadband from centre to rural India. He has been member of Govt. committees and programs for the rural India Digitalization. As a co- founder of NIXI, he is seen as a very active Director resolving all the challenges meeting all its objectives. He has been instrumental in bringing NIR and hosting APNIC for the first time in 2006, APRICOT in 2012 and SANOG every year in India. Active participation in all dream programs of our honourable Prime Minister such as Digital India, Skill India, Start-up India and Make in India made him conspicuous in our ecosystem of broadband environment and Digital world. He is also involved in various committees of Deity & DoT including Bharatnet and Broadband.
