Visa

Please refer to the Viet Nam visa exemption list to see if you are exempted from applying for a Visa to enter Viet Nam.

If you are exempted, you may just proceed to clear immigration when you land in Da Nang International Airport. Please bring along your conference invitation letter with you.

However, if you are not exempted, you should apply for an e-Visa. To apply, please click on this link, fill up the form, provide the information required and pay the visa fee. Under question 6 of the form, you should choose “Business” as your purpose of entry. Please bring along your conference invitation letter with you.

The visa process normally takes 3-4 days. However, we advise you to apply early as the visa office does not open on public holidays in Viet Nam and to avoid any disappointment.
