I started to attend APNIC conferences since APNIC54 in Singapore. While not from a technical background, I enjoy the discussions and experience sharing in most APNIC sessions. I'm primarily interested in topics regarding network resiliency and cross-discipline collaborations.
I work closely with APNIC to develop and conduct regional and local capacity-building projects for youngsters, bringing more passionate young people into the space. As an active member of the non-commercial stakeholder group in ICANN, I also strive to educate the non-commercial interests in the namespace about the significance of the Regional Internet Registries.
Nominee statement
I am a manager at the National Information Infrastructure Enterprise Promotion Association (NIIEPA). Since joining NIIEPA in 2018, I have conducted and led research regarding Internet Governance practices and policies. I also co-direct various projects to expand and deepen Taiwanese engagement in the regional and global Internet Governance community.
I currently serve on the Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO) Council, representing the Noncommercial Stakeholder Group (NCSG). I actively participate in local, regional, and global Internet Governance discussions. I am often invited to speak at conferences and workshops, where I share my insight on capacity-building, security, and domain name policies.

I have actively participated and contributed to the Internet Governance ecosystem since 2018. Coming from outside of the numbers space, I will bring great opportunities to bridge the gap between numbers and names and help to realize the goal of 'cooperation' for the cooperation SIG.
