I have been engaged APNIC community since 2013. I joined a Hostmaster Training Course in 2 weeks at APNIC office in 2014. I use APNIC services and products day by day and join a number of APNIC activities, including APNIC meeting, APRICOT meeting, NIR SIG, NIR Workshop, etc.
Nominee statement
Engaging with APNIC community since 2013, I have chance to work closely with NIRs, gaining priceless experience and knowledge in Internet resources management and development. I believe, my working experience in VNNIC and enthusiasm with Number resources development in the region could be great asset for NIR community. I am delighted to contribute my thoughts and ideas at new angles to improve the engagement amongst NIR community and initiate new activities for the SIG.

Reason for nomination
I have been working as Internet Number Resource Manager at Viet Nam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC) and engaging with APNIC community since 2013. I have much experiences in working as an IP hostmaster, IP/ASN policy maker, IPv6 development analyst and trainer.
I have initiated and contributed to many projects that have brought Viet Nam to be in top 10 countries having highest IPv6 adoption rate in the world, including Viet Nam’s IPv6 Action Plan (for the period of 2011-2019), Viet Nam IPv6 for Gov Program (for the period of 2021 - 2025), building and conducting training courses in IPv6, Number Resources not only for Viet Nam community but also for Laos community. I have also taken part in building legal framework and policies towards expanding new space and new system for Number Resources development in Viet Nam.
Recently, to promote IPv6 deployment in ASEAN region, I have engaged with project called ASEAN Smart ICT Ecosystem. The aim of project is to assessing challenges in IPv6 adoption in ASEAN, then to design Architecture for the ASEAN Smart Cities platforms with due consideration on the Use of ICT for DDRM System and the availability of a secure, scalable, and connectable TCP/IP address identifiers.
