Airport transfers
Tontouta International Airport is located approximately 50 kms from most hotels in Noumea. It is recommended that you book an airport shuttle bus in advance.
Transport company ‘Arc en Ciel Service’ is the only company with a desk and VIP lounge at Tontouta International Airport.
You can make your booking online and pay directly on the website or send an email to: info@arcenciel.nc with the completed booking form.
All bookings will be confirmed by email after payment.

Terms and Conditions
Reservations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time of transfer are subject to availability. The confirmation will be sent by email with the pickup time.
It is possible to modify your booking without charge until 12 hours before the time of pickup for the shared shuttle and until the day before the transfer for private car/bus bookings by informing us by phone at (+687) 27 19 80 or by email to: info@arcenciel.nc so that all new arrangements for the transport of passengers are taken, subject to availability.
Cancellation must be made by email to: info@arcenciel.nc . Refund policies in the case of cancellation are as follows:
- Up to 12 hours before the scheduled transfer time: 100%
- Less than 12 hours before the scheduled transfer time: No possibility of cancellation. No refund or credit note and modification
All reservations not canceled at least TWELVE hours before the scheduled pickup will be charged.
For any cancellation refund for which the initial booking would have been paid, we will proceed to refund in XPF to your bank account. An international bank fee will be charged to the client.
No shows for either the shared shuttle or private vehicle will be ineligible for a refund.
