Statement

I am working in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications(BUPT), Beijing, China.

I am responsible for the planning, construction and operation of computer campus network of BUPT. I have participated in the construction and operation of China Education and Research Network (CERNET) and am a Technique Board member of CERNET, and CNGI/CERNET2 which is one of the backbones of China Next Generation Internet project.

I am now APNIC EC member, service period is March 2008 to March 2010.
