I have almost 7 years of Telecommunication and Information Technology experience. I started out as a web programmer and telecom engineer handling E1-R2, ISDN - PRI and other telecommunication protocols and connection. In 2006, I saw the potential of the Internet Industry here in the Philippines so I started transforming our business from a Value Added Service Company that offers Telecommunication Solution to an Internet Service Provider Company.
I was able to fully realize this on April 2007 and after 6 months of operation, we became the major carrier of KT (Korea Telecom) in the Philippines. We started with a connection of 45Mbps and now we will upgrade to 10Gigs by the end of 2008. Our initial services involves only IPLC connectivity and Shared/Global Connectivity. However, last May of 2008, I added the following services:
- Frame Relay Services
- IP Multicast
- Internet Commerce (E-Commerce)
- INTRANET ? EXTRANET
- VIDEO STREAMING or IP BASED VIDEO SERVICES
- STREAMING MEDIA
- Broadband Internet
Furthermore, this coming 3rd quarter of 2008, we will extend our services offered to the Philippine market the major products of Korea Telecoms such as: FTTH, Mega TV (HD - IPTV), IP-PBX and other convergence.
My Responsibilities as Director/Gen.Manager/I.T. Chief of the Company are as follows:
- Design new services and products
- Design and decide the whole network
- Train and give free tutorial to my engineers and volunteers who wants to learned about Cisco products configuration from beginner to advanced, IP Telephony , IP - Convergence, IPv4 and IPv6, and other network peripherals.

- I want to actively participate and to be a part of NRO who is involved in implementation of IP address policies not only here in my country but in the Asia Pacific as a whole. I share the same view of the organization wherein the usage of IPv4 is maximized and I see the need to hasten the IPv6 implementation but in a way that is inexpensive, efficient and effective (in terms of migration and quality) especially in developing countries. Last but not the least, want to be involved in the organization's thrust for responsible Internet resource distribution in the region.
