Reason for nomination
Mr Imtiaz Ahmed has extensive experience in the Internet/Telecom Industry of Pakistan. He has a Masters in Operational Telcom with Distinctions from Coventry University, UK, and has contributed a lot to proliferate Internet use in Pakistan. He has extensive skills in system administration on Sloris/Linux, and network administration on Cisco/Nortel/routers. He has published more than 10 papers on different topics for the use of Internet Protocol in telecoms.
