IP policy - Your sayWednesday 1 September 2004, 12:30 - 14:00This lunch session is aimed at newcomers to APNIC meetings. It provides an introduction to policy development in the Asia Pacific and an overview of current policies. We will take a closer look at recent policy discussions and will explain and discuss what proposals are on the table at the moment. The aim of this session is to provide newcomers to the APNIC community with the knowledge to actively participate in and contribute to the policy development process. Participants will also get the opportunity to meet senior members of the APNIC community and hear about some of their experiences in the community. If you have never attended an APNIC meeting before and would like to learn about how policies are developed, how the meeting works, and how you can participate in the process, then you are more than welcome to attend this session! This lunch session will take place in the Port O'Call room, next to the main lunch venue.
