Payment information
APNIC's online registration form automatically selects the appropriate fee for your attendance category.
Payment options:
Early bird registration:
- APNIC's online registration form will select the early bird discount if you register before the early bird closing date.
- Credit card payments or wire transfers must be received at APNIC's Brisbane office before the early bird closing date.
- You may also qualify for the early bird rate and pay at the meeting provided that you complete the online registration form before the early bird closing date. This option commits you to attending the APNIC meeting.

Credit card payments
Registration fees are deducted from your credit card account in Australian dollars immediately when you complete the online payment form.
Registration fees are debited to APNIC Pty Ltd.
APNIC accepts:
- Bankcard
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
APNIC cannot accept:
- EFTPOS
- Other debit cards.
Credit card payments are secure:
- Payments processed directly with the National Australia Bank using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
- Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
- APNIC does not have access to customer's credit card details.
Confirmation:
- If successful, the National Australia Bank will confirm that your payment was completed.
- If unsuccessful, the National Australia Bank will advise you of this. If this happens, please use one of the other payment options to complete your registration.
- APNIC will confirm your registration details via e-mail.

Wire transfer
Please fax details of the wire transfer to APNIC and include your registration reference number, name, organisation and contact details (postal and e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers).

Bank draft
Ensure that the bank draft is written in US dollars, drawn from a bank in the US.
Include your registration reference number, name, organisation and contact details (postal and e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers) with the bank draft.

Payment of your meeting registration fees at the meeting site will be possible. By choosing this option you are committing to attend the APNIC Open Policy Meeting and agreeing to make payment in full on registering for the meeting at the Lotte Hotel, Seoul Jamsil. If your registration is received prior to the early bird closing date you will also qualify for the lower registration fee. Payment by cash (US dollars or Korean Won), bank draft (US dollars) or credit card (Australian dollars) will be possible.

Requests to cancel registrations must include:
- Delegate's name
- Organisation
- Contact details - postal and email address, telephone and fax numbers
- Registration reference number

Refunds will be processed within two working days.
We will confirm your refund by fax or e-mail.

Cancellation of event
If, for any reason, this event is cancelled, APNIC will refund in full all registration fees received.
APNIC will not be liable for registrants' loss of airfares, accommodation deposits, or other associated costs. Insurance for such losses is the responsibility of each registrant.
