REGISTER
Registration is open for APNIC 56.
The APNIC 56 workshops and partner meetings will be held in Kyoto, Japan from 7 to 11 September followed by the conference from 12 to 14 September 2023.
To assist with the planning and for capacity and catering purposes, registration is essential. We strongly recommend that you register well in advance of the conference start date.
You can participate in the conference:
- In person and/or
- Online via Zoom Meeting
To do so, you must register your attendance by submitting the online registration form.
While it is free to join the online meeting, there is a fee to join both the workshop and conference in person. See the fee schedule below.
It is important to note that you will not be able to submit an in-person registration without first paying in full. If you have difficulty paying by credit card and wish to pay via bank transfer, please email the APNIC Secretariat, conference-registration@apnic.net to make separate arrangements.
When you complete your online registration, you will receive a confirmation email and a conference invitation letter, which will contain your registration identification. Please present the letter to the registration desk to get your conference badge.

Early bird rate for the APNIC 56 workshops ends on 4 August 2023.
Workshop participation fee includes one entry to the workshop closing dinner.
Each APNIC/FIRST and APCERT member organizations are entitled to register one delegate free of charge for the conference only. All other conference tickets will be charged at a cost of USD 75.
Conference participation fee includes one entry to the ‘Welcome’ social event and one entry to the ‘Closing’ social event.
*** OPM and AMM day tickets do not include the closing dinner. An additional charge of USD 50 applies for the ‘Closing’ social event.
****Additional social event ticket (for accompanying guest or OPM and AMM day ticket holders) will be charged at a cost of USD 50 per social event. This will need to be purchased in advance on the registration form.
**** RPKI Deployathon on 10 September is free of charge.
A group discount of 10% applies for registration of 10 workshop or conference tickets. Payment must be received two weeks before the start of the event.

Online registrants
Online registrants will receive regular conference e-bulletins and be kept up-to-date with program updates.
Registration will remain open until the 14 September 2023, and you will be able to register up until the last day of the conference.
