OPM (POLICY SIG) CALL FOR PROPOSALS
By submitting a proposal to change APNIC policy, you are suggesting
a different way of managing IP addresses in the region. If the
community likes your idea, it could result in policy change.
APNIC’s community policy process relies on people like you to keep the policies relevant to the changing environment. Everyone can participate. It doesn’t matter how much experience you have, it’s a great way to build your reputation and contribute to the Internet.
Propose a presentation
If you have something to say about APNIC policy, or have an idea to change a policy, but you aren’t quite sure about it, you can ask to present it to the Policy SIG meeting without submitting a policy proposal.
Need help?
If you aren’t sure what is involved in submitting a policy proposal, you can read guide for proposal authors.
Or you can get some ideas by reading current and past policy proposals. If you are still not sure, you can contact the SIG Chairs for advice and assistance.
