The APNIC 48 conference will be held in Chiang Mai, Thailand from 5 to 12 September 2019. The conference brings together Internet and networking experts, government representatives, industry leaders, and other interested parties from around the world to attend workshops and tutorials, discuss policies, and extend their social and professional networks with like-minded peers.
Conference Hosts
THNICF (THNIC Foundation) was established in 2007 with a mission to promote the use of .th and .ไทย(dot Thai) domain names, as well as to encourage studies, research, and development to increase knowledge of Internet technology. Another noteworthy undertaking is to improve the development of Thai Internet Infrastructure, including but not limited to the areas of Information Technology, Internet speed, Internet penetration and reasonable price for internet service.
Thai Internet Service Provider (TISPA) is an association formed on a voluntary basis by each ISP member (Thai ISPs). TISPA cannot enforce any industrial rule or practice. The aim of the association is to promote collaboration and cooperation amongst all stakeholders in the Internet Society such as public, ISPs, regulators, government agencies, industry peers relevant to Thai ISP services.
