APNIC Members are entitled to register up to four delegates per membership free of charge to the Conference week only. Each NIR is entitled to register up to four delegates free of charge to the Conference week only.

Both USD and RMB will be accepted for on-site payments at the registration counter. Below are the fees charged in each accepted currency.

Invitation letter
You will receive a conference invitation letter when you complete your online registration. Should you require an authorized invitation letter to apply for your Chinese visa, please fill out this spreadsheet (MS Excel Document, 9.9 KB) and email it to registryinfo@cnnic.cn.
Please note: It will take approximately two weeks to obtain an invitation letter from the Chinese Immigration Department.
