He is a very dynamic person. He developed IT and network in Etisalat. With his talent now less then 1 year Etisalat is at par or even much better compared to other mobile operators in Afghanistan.
Nominee statement
My big task now in my company (Etisalat Afghanistan) is to take the lead role in Determine Corporate Strategy and Design the Base Station and entire Mobile Network in Afghanistan along with managing Marketing requirement activity within an assigned geographical region.
Responsible for the preparing budget process from initial point of planning, presentations, proposals, through contract negotiations and execution. Meet/exceed minimum quarterly and annual company objectives.
Work closely with the operational and project teams, utilize relationships to ensure that project implementation schedules are met.
Facilitate strategic partners' resources to assist in the project implementation process.
Engage, equip, and lead all department channels with appropriate training, tools, and strategy development.
EXPERIENCES GAINED:
Experience in preparing budget, design the network and monitoring the company performance.
ACCOMPLISHMENT:
Promoted as Director after 4 month in service. Previously as IT Support Manager
Before I joint Etisalat Afghanistan, I was in Bangladesh as a Country Manager for South Pacific Communication, one of the biggest "Approved Service Provider" of Ericsson Asia Pacific. As ASP of Ericsson, my former company act as a consultant and contractor to all Ericsson Customer in Bangladesh to set up their network.
Furthermore I also have 6 years experience with Celcom Malaysia (the biggest mobile operator in Malaysia) as Head of Network Planning Department in one of Malaysia Region.
With this vast experience I think I can contribute as EC member very well.
