Introduction and election background was presented by Paul Wilson

• There was only one nominee, Seung-Min Lee, of KRNIC, Korea

There was a call for comments and questions on the process before proceeding

• There was a question from floor as to why there was only one nominee. It was noted that announcements were made public, well in advance, and in accordance with the ASO MoU.
• There was a comment that the outcomes may reflect the level community interest.
• Objections were called for but no further comments were received.
• Seung-Min Lee was declared as the new AC member.

Seung-Min Lee accepted the endorsement of the meeting and expressed his thanks to the meeting.
