| Statement: | Mr. Maemura has been energetically showing his real ability in
local/global IP Address policy developments. He had experienced IP network design of nation-wide ISP from its startup, familiar with network design and operation of a large scale IP backbone network, handling routing protocols OSPF, RIP and BGP.
Also dedicated to the Internet community within Japan through the activities at JPNIC, Japan Network Information Center and JANOG, Japan Network Operators' Group.
Moreover, through four-year activity of JPNIC IP Address Working Group, familiar with IP address allocation issues.
Main responsibility of EC is realize interests of AM and contribute to effective management of APNIC services. I am more than sure that Mr. Maemura is the one who does meet these expectations. | Statement: | Mr. RadhaKrishna Murthy is exposed at various levels on Corporate Sector and is having combined exposure in IT, Finance and Merchant Banking Industries for one Decade. He has used his expertise to form a major break-through in IT Industry for Internet Access through Wireless Technology. This technology address the requirements of both the corporate and domestic segments. The Technology allows us to migrate to mobile Internet Access platform soon in India. His exposure into Financial Services forms a backbone for all the projects that he is involved with and he will be able to justify the investements and forsee the requirements of the IT industry. He has a vision for IT segment in India on Broadband Internet acess and Dedicated Internet Access sollutions. While being APNIC Executive Council memeber, he can represent the most happening country in IT segment, INDIA and position it globally while addressing the issues world over. | Statement: | Mr Vinh Ngo have been working in the IT industry for 10 years. He started as research programmer for the APCRC-(Australian Cooperative Research Centre) as part of the department of Exploration Geophysics Curtin University in early 1989, while he completed a Bachelor of computer science majoring in network and systems in Perth Western Australia. His involvement in projects included the Northwest shelf basin, Woodside petroleum and BHP Australia. Mr Ngo presented his research paper to the ISTEAD (The International Association of Science and Technology for Development) on Seismic Physical Modeling in 1994. He became IT Manager for the Department of Exploration Geophysics in 1994. When the Internet became a commercial product in early 1994, he resigned from Curtin to accept a more challenging position as a Senior Technical Manager for a national ISP overseeing the national network of frame-relay, DDS fastway, ADSL in every mainland state. Mr Ngo completed his ICRC and ACRC in Cisco training and have worked with many big and small companies to setup/design large LAN/WAN IP networks running BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IGRP. He came over to Sydney Australia in June 1999 to take over a more challenging job as General Manager for TCR Holding Limited. Mr Ngo speak and write Vietnamese fluently. |

| Statement: | Mr. Liu xiaoyi has been working in the Telecommunication Industry for 11 years and working in the Internet field from 1994. In Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications, he got his BS of Communication in 1989, and MS of Computer Science in 1994. Then he has been working in Internet field from May 1994 to design and implement the CHINANET - the biggest Commercial Internet service provider in China. At the same period, he designed and implemented the CHINADDN - the biggest Digital Data Network in China. He has experienced IP network design of very large ISP, familiar with network design and operation of a large scale Data network, including X.25 network, Digital Data Network, ATM/FR network, especially for large scale IP backbone network, handing routing protocols IS-IS, BGP, OSPF, and making decision of routing policy. At the beginning of this year, he has coordinated other bigger ISP in China to implement the first China Internet Exchange Point - Beijing NAP. Being a director, he has been leading several working teams of Internet in China Telecom.His working field covers Network Design, Security of Network, IP address Plan & Allocation, Internet Data Center, IP telephony, E-C, Operation of Large Scale Network.
